Hi, I’m Sarah Chen, RCC

I believe that healing is possible for everyone — and that you are far more resilient than you may feel right now. My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own strengths and build the life you truly deserve.

With over 10 years of experience, I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed practices to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to change.
